DC風(fēng)機(jī)的原理 ?
1. DC無(wú)刷直流風(fēng)機(jī)省去了勵磁用的集電環(huán)和電刷，在結(jié)構(gòu )上大大簡(jiǎn)化，不但改善了電機(jī)的工藝性，而且電機(jī)運(yùn)行的機(jī)械可靠性大為增強(qiáng)，壽命增加。
Brushless DC fan saves the excitation of collector ring and brush,greatly simplifies the structure ;Not only improved the technology of motor but also greatly enhance menchanical reliability of motor operation and increase the service life.
2. DC無(wú)刷直流風(fēng)機(jī)採用了永磁體勵磁，消除了感應(yīng)電機(jī)勵磁電流產(chǎn)生的損耗；實(shí)現(xiàn)損耗小、效率高和特點(diǎn)；
Brushless DC fan use a permanent magnet exciation, eliminnate the loss of induction motor excitation currents; reailzing the small loss and high efficiency characteristics.
3. 與感應(yīng)電機(jī)的變頻調(diào)速相比，DC 無(wú)刷直流電機(jī)的調(diào)速控制不但簡(jiǎn)單，而且具有更好的調(diào)速性能。控制簡(jiǎn)單，可以基本實(shí)現(xiàn)良好的調(diào)速性。
Compared with the frequency control of induction motor,brushless DC motor is simpler and more controllable, easy to perform control.
4. 逆變器等元器件容量低，電路較為簡(jiǎn)單，產(chǎn)品的成本低於EC風(fēng)機(jī)。
The components, such as inverter etc, whose capacity is low,and circuit are simpler . The cost is lower than EC biower』s.
